REFUND POLICY

Bookings made with us are non-refundable if the customer cancels within 24 hours of departure or for a no-show.

For bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival, we will follow the refund policy of the tour operator/accommodation provider involved + charge a 10% administration fee for our booking office. Please feel free to get in touch with us for more info on the exact refund details according to your enquiry/booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Most of the tour operators we work with reserve the right to alter or cancel proposed activities in the interest of passenger safety and comfort, mostly subject to sea and weather conditions. If an activity is cancelled due to factors outside of your control, depending on the tour operator you have booked with, we will either provide you with a voucher to use at any other time suitable to you and the tour provider, or a full refund.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are stated in NZ dollars, including a 15% Goods and Services tax.

For activities indicating an adult and child’s fare: in general adult fares apply to all people 15 years old and over, child fares apply to children aged between 5 and 15 years old. Most activities will require children to be accompanied by a paying adult.

Some activities promoted on our website are not recommended for pregnant women, people with medical conditions, or not suitable for young children. Please check with us in case of doubt prior to booking.

Most tour operators we work with won’t allow smoking or vaping on their vessels or vehicles. Also, due to safety reasons, they reserve the right to refuse any passengers who appear to be intoxicated at the time of boarding.
