Charlotte’s Kitchen

Charlotte’s Kitchen, established in 2015, is brought to you by the rascals and reprobates from the Duke of Marlborough Hotel. A totally different experience from the Duke - which is steeped in history and tradition - Charlotte’s Kitchen brings a social contemporary dining experience to the Bay of Islands and a funky fun, casual atmosphere.

The inspiration for Charlotte’s Kitchen is Charlotte Badger, a woman of interest, passion, strength, daring and just a little bit naughty, and Lester Hall’s AMAZING artwork of her. Don’t forget to ask them about Charlotte while enjoying your food.

Their menu features a range of exciting options: larger sharing plates like their signature free range pork knuckle and smaller plates for if you are less hungry. Plus they have a pizza selection hand crafted with the same love that Charlotte fell for all her conquests.

With the best location and a killer view right at the end of the wharf in Paihia, this restaurant can’t be missed. Our locals are definitely a fan!
