We are delighted and excited to present the 2022 Upsurge Bay of Islands Arts Festival. The focus for our first Upsurge as directors is to celebrate our wonderful rohe and the fabulous people who live here. Much of our programme is directly connected to this amazing region. We also welcome many talented artists from around Aotearoa.
We hope that Upsurge 2022 brings you some joy and beauty. And if you’re not sure what to book for, you’ll find our personal reactions and reckons for each show on this website.
